Quick answers
When am I charged for a service booking?
You’re only charged once the provider accepts and the appointment is completed. Authorisations on declined bookings drop off your card within 5–10 business days.
What’s the booking cancellation policy?
Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, which can be tiered (e.g. free well ahead, then a rising fee closer to the appointment). It's shown on the service page and before you pay, and we show the exact refund before you confirm. Free cancellations are refunded in full including the platform service fee; if a fee applies, the service fee isn't returned.
How much does it cost to sell on MuzMarket?
A flat 6% commission on each completed sale. No listing fees, no monthly fees, no setup costs.
Is MuzMarket only for Muslims?
No. The marketplace is halal-friendly, not Muslim-only. Anyone can shop, book a service, or apply to sell.
